BEFORE BABY aka Prenatal

Did you know that strength training is very important during pregnancy? As you get heavier and heavier each week, you will need strength to go about your daily activities at home and at work. Then, you will need endurance for labor. And then strength again to carry a 20lb car seat with your 8lb baby. Just imagine that for a moment...

"The Performance Training Approach" (which also features PROnatal's LIIT -

Labor Intensive Interval Training) is the perfect program specifically designed for pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

I would love to work with you as your coach!
