In this session, you will learn 4 life-changing things that you could be doing now to help your pregnancy and childbirth. This course is about 3.5 hours in duration.

2) Labor and Birth -

What to Expect and What to Do

Just about anywhere that you decide to give birth or who you are, there are some basic things that you should expect during labor and delivery. Happily, there are things that you can do when the expected and unexpected happens. This session runs about 3.5 - 4 hours in duration. This is an active class so get ready. 


3) The Postpartum "YOU" and Your Baby

You've had your baby.

This period is described as the most critical yet the most neglected phase of maternity.

Whether you have family to help you or not, 

every mother and every baby is different.

This session talks about YOU after you've had the baby. Your body and thoughts will be different. Even if you've had a baby before, it is never the same. And we will not forget baby. We'll discuss him or her too. This session is about 3.5 to 4 hours in duration.

 During the session, your body will relax so that it releases physical and emotional traumas and stresses. It is very nurturing and "resets" the mind and body. This therapy also calms your growing baby! 

Being relaxed and being able to relax will help your during birth. Also by being able to just talk about your feelings in a non-judgmental environment, will prepare you for birth.
